Tata Finance (Car Loan) — NOC not served

I am Abdul Salam residing in kerala took a Car loan for Tata indica vide contract No.20834587. I closed all instalment payments and arears as on 27/12/2007. I aften approched their office for NOC for transfering the ownership. But unfortunately They did not serve the certificate till this day 4th feb 2009..

I have many time request to tata finance co. for the NOC and my loan statement .

Tata Motors — complaint against AC. of TATA ZEST car.

I have purchased TATA ZEST car in Dec.2014 from Sanya Motors Aurangabad Ac. of car is not working properly and average of car is not increased till today.

Last friday i bought new indica. After ihave faced so many problems in the car. I told the dealers they are doing to me eyewash only. Pls call me In tamil language

I cant understand why NOC is not sent to the customer by TMF online with a hard copy to the address? HDFC has been sending the same in the same system.
