Dear Sir,
On dated 18/11/2011, i had booked my tata indica vista terra tdi car UP53AP1800 for service for service to Hansraj Motors GIDA Gorakhpur.
Following faults was was noted by service advisor for rectification:
1. Non working of Combibation switch of light. This fault was already many times complained to customer care and Service center but till today not rectified.
2. Non working of AC ventilator knob. The AC control panel was changed by Hansraj Motors recently. This fault was also not rectified.
3. Due to D-Bush faulty there is sound in suspension, but due to non availability of D-Bush, fault has not been rectified.
4. There is Plastic on front seat, which lock is broken. No action taken for repairing.
At service center all the above problems was not rectified as material, Electrician and Denter were not availabe.
Complaint was also lodged by telephone and i was told that i will get a call with in 48 hours, but no call has been received.
A message was received later on my cell that Your complaint 1-[protected] is assigned to Hansraj_Gorakhpur. Please contact CRO at 6450001. The contact Number is always not reachable.
The representative at Customer care always tells that you will get a call regarding the solution of the complaint with in 48/72 Hours. But no call is being made and no solution is being provided.
