I have purchased TATA Sumo Victa on January 2011 from ST. ANTHONYS motors Kottayam . I registered that vehicle as TAXI with Reg.No. KL 03 U - 269. But the subsidy which Ideserve from the dealer were not sanctioned to me till this date. Since all most 10 months over, I am sending you this mail to inform about the complaint regarding the delay in granting the subsidy to me. I have contacted you over phone .Kindly go thorugh this, and make necessary arrangenments for sanctioning the same.

This is Chakraveer Singh from Lucknow and i got the fake appointment letter regarding interview in tata motors,which is going to be held on Feb 05,2011.They had asked money for attending the final interview Rs.8,550,/-to be submit in AXIS bank. The last date of security deposit in bank for group I was 17/01/2011and for group II 18/01/2011.They gave me the contact number as MR.RAJAT SHARMA contact no:91-[protected].The e-mail has been sent from the id [protected]@companyhrd.com.I have already deposited the sum of Rs 8,550/- in the account of MONIKA DUBEY (HR) TATAMOTORS account no [protected] on the due date and have not got any response till now.
I request you to take immediate action since two days have already passed.Please take immediate action as they are spoiling the young students career as well as the goodwill of the India's most reputed company.

Also I have got the mail from Tata Motors.It was a fake interview letter.So I didnot reply them.But i am requesting the concern person, that plz take action to save our career.

The last date of security deposit in bank for group I was 10/09/2011and for group II 18/09/2011.They gave me the contact number as MR.RAHUL (HR)contact no:[protected].The e-mail has been sent from the id [protected]@companyhrd.com.I have already deposited the sum of Rs 7, 500/- in the account of PANKAJ KUMAR(CHARTER ACCOUNTANT) TATAMOTORS account no [protected]on the due date and have not got any response till now.
I request you to take immediate action since 11 days have already passed.Please take immediate action as they are spoiling the young students career as well as the goodwill of the India's most reputed company.

All you can do is register a complaint with the police. The account holder could be found out easily. Let us hope the police does solve this case soon. Best wishes

A similar letter, purportedly from Tata Motors, was received by my niece too. A company of repute will never demand that money be given in cash to someone before an interview. I could immediately realize this was a fake letter and someone is trying to cheat the gullible. Since we are outside India and therefore the difficulty in getting Tata Motors' email address, I scanned a copy of the letter to Tata Share Department, as I had their email address by virtue of my being a Tata shareholder, and requested them to forward the letter to Tata Motors for what it is worth. But, surprisingly, and unlike a Tata organization, The Tata Share Department did not have the courtesy of acknowledging the mail, even after a few reminders. It is the responsibilities of such Corporates to come out and explain the circumstances and allay the fears in the minds of youngsters.

i too have received but i know its all false as no company asks for money before hand.

Sir, I am Deepika Tanwar from Delhi I got a fake bond letter via mesg in the name of TATA motors on 22/06/2016.
Saying to submit Rs.4500 in a specific card number as a bond security and it is refundable, no interview for freshers direct joining.
Kindly take a strict action against them otherwise many people can be tricked into it.

Sir, I had taken my car Indigo CS LS for servicing to Dhingra Motors Gurgaon on 12 Dec 10 with specific complaint of dripping from under the engine. Since then I have been to the same workshop on 19 and 25 Dec 10 with same complaints. The dripping of coolant continues and the workshop cannot locate it/ stop it till date. I haveen asked to get the car again to the workshop today 28 Dec 10 for the 4th time for the same complaints.

I had purchase a TATA NANO LX 2010 Model DAMO Car from KOSMO VEHICLES PVT. LTD DATED ON 19/03/2014. They gave me the RC after 3 months which is not behalf of my name. Owner name is KOSMO VEHICLES. Sales man were promise me RC will be transfer immediately. Company do not provide me Form 29 and Form 30 so that I can transfer RC of my own risk. Neither they take action about that matter where as I have submit transfer charges Rs 4500/- to Company. Company did not gave me transfer receipt still now. This time I have no RC, so I can not run my car.

Hello Sir,

I am using Nano Lx for last 3 years. My registration number is WB 26 R
2768. When I want to your dealer K.B.Motors at Rameshwar Shaw road,
Kolkata for customary service as mandated, they informed that the under
carriage is rusted and needs immediate repair. They took pictures and
informed that they are being sent for warranty approval and the job is
expected to be done in October.

One month back, the car got stuck on the road and had to be towed to
Lexus Motor Barasat. The car was repaired and delivered after nearly 14
days. I informed them about of the bad condition of the under carriage
but they ignored the same and delivered the car.

Few days back, when I was driving the car on a busy road, there was
violent vibration on the steering and the steering was not able to steer
the car properly. I just could manage to get the car to safety with
High Risk. Your mechanic inspected the car in my garage and informed to
my utter shock that the steering base has completely broke off from the
base at the under carriage due to rusting and could have caused a over
turning of the car or accident.

My submission to you is that:

1) If the condition o[censored]nder carriage is so poor, why could not the job
be done at K.B.Motors itself.?
2) Why were we not informed and warned about the risk involved in
driving this car?
3) Why was not the warranty claim not processed on an urgent basis?
4) Why did Lexus motor who did the last service did not do the necessary
repair.before leaving the vehicle? Why did they not inform us about the
risk involved?

How could the undercarriage and bonnet get so badly rusted within 3
years? This is definitely a quality issue which needs to be addressed by
you.

Tomorrow my vehicle is being towed to R.D.B Motors at Kamarhati, Kolkata
for repairs.. Regarding the warranty issue, I contacted K.B.Motors but
the engineer posted there informed that the warranty issue needs to be
reprocessed but however claims for warranty from 1 year back are yet to
be cleared .

This is indeed a grave condition of the service from the reputed house
which is unimaginable. I request you to kindly take appropriate action
on an urgent basis.

i have indica DLS eruo III.
i went for 3500km servicing of the car to
autolinks, vasant kunj new delhi on 6 Nov 09.
i was charged around Rs 3700
but the services provided were far below the excepted standards non of my complains were rectified eg Noise from the door,noise from alternator belt, problem with rear door

I second the expressed opinion. Even I have had quite bitter experiences with Grover motors. They would prefer to argue with you to prove that you are wrong about spotting the complaint than trying to understand it and fix it up.

On one instance, they refused to deliver the car to my driver post service just because I told them that I could fill the service feedback form only after trying the vehicle for some time.

Quite high handed approach to prove their might...

last month 14 th 2011,My car got fire when i was driving in kerala and i called the tata service center RF Motors in Kerala,Thodupuzha,Iddukki Dist,they came and took the car to there service center.And the promise was the car will be delivered in 15 days maximum.

After 15 days i called the showroom people they said they are waiting for the parts from TATA MOtors Pune and the told 3 more days.I called last monday[protected] again for the delivery of my car ,then they said they didnt recived the ful, parts yet.The RF Motors people are friendly and they keep updating.
