Tata Photon Data Card — recharge not successful despite of amount deduction

i did an online recharge of my tata photon plus netcard. The amount of rs1000 has been deducted from union bank debit card but the recharge has not been succesful. The customercare executive toka me to wait for 2 hrs but it is still not succesfull. Please help. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. My tata photon no is [protected]. Please do something.
