[Resolved]  Tata Photon Plus — ITS ALL CHEATING

please dont buy TATA PHOTON PLUS. customer care is the most bakwaas division their executive said to me, " yes we do it with all our customer that we de-activate the connection after 3 or 4 days due to ''some'' reason!!''
!! IIT HAPPENED 4 TIMES WITH ME when very first month my i took this stupid photon plus it is deactivated 4 times and customer care executive said that credit limit is exceeded and bill is Rs.6000/- only after 4 days o[censored]sage and per day usage was only for 3-4 hours in a village area where current comes hardly for 5 hours and internet speed is too slow.
in october when i got my hardcopy of bill it says only rupees 344/-. GOD KNOW HOW COME THESE PEOPLE ARE RUNNING THESE COMPANIES making fool out of customers.

I've recently purchased Tata Photon Plus Connection. It is so disgusting that none of the executives have really taken the pain to come to my house and check the download speed. It is so pathetic that my internet download speed varies between 15 to 45 ONLY. It is all crap the promises made to me. Moreover the IVR of the customer care executives is painful that we have dial.. wait...then give the same details every now and then and still the purpose is not solved.

It has been almost a month since i've taken this connection. I spoke to 3 executives and they told me that i would be getting e-mail notification about the usage per my package and so far no e-mail notification has been sent to me. I also registered myself on the website with the above e-mail address and no single confirmation till date about my password.

PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING THIS. I DO NOT WANT ANYONE TO SUFFER LIKE ME.
You have saved my money. I was almost taking the connection and I have already called customer service. Now, I will not buy this. But, which one is better as on the date? Reliance, I have tried many times. It is useless since its speed is worse. I was told that Tata Photon speed is good.
If anyone can guide me on [protected]@rediffmail.com, I shall be grateful. I am staying in Lower Parel (West), Mumbai, and looking for a broadband wireless USB connection.

i share my experience to all of you. they have totally un- educated staff in call center and service. the speed commitment is fake. their distributor have no any idea about service.i am facing the speed problems from last two months. their engineer visited and told me that their is problem with model and i will arrange for that. after that he will come to my office and give me the replacement certificates issued letter and told me that you have to submit this letter to company from where you purchase this . i have contact that person and told him for replacement but he told me that only Authorized service provider will provide this replacement. i am still waiting for the replacement. i have visited their shivranjni but they people also dont know any things. today i have again complain in the [protected] but they people cut my phone. all they are nothing do but they are spoil the trust RATAN TATA & GROUP. if suppose any body from this company read this then please covey this massage to CMF of TATA.
they are not fail to send us the invoice but not monitor or help customers problems.
IT'S VERY SHAMEFUL FOR ALL TATA EMPLOYEES/AND OUTSOURCE AND TATA OWNER, THEY ARE PROVIDING THIS WORSE SERVICE.

TATA PHOTON MAX: Still photon max device is not activated after waiting window crossed 144 hrs

- Commitment before selling of Broadband device
- Customer-care response

I've purchased Tata Photon Max Connection on date 22-Jun-2013 from
Kamson Marketing Pvt. Ltd. At the time of purchase they told me that
the connection will be activated within 24 hrs i.e., by 23-jun-2013.
But when I checked on 24-Jun-2013, connection was not activated. I
just called to customer care to know about the issue, but they told me
that connection is not activated because of local verification pending
and will definitely activated within 24 hrs i.e., on 24-Jun-2013.
Again I faced same issue on 24-Jun-2013 and I called to customer care.
again they told me the same thing and was suggested to wait for
another 24 hrs. Same thing is happening till date. still I am not able
to access the data network because of Local Verification pending.

I don't want this connection now and kindly take back your device and
return my money 1500.
