Tata Photon Plus — Recharge not received

Tata Photon — NOt Received

Dear Sir,

I, Mr.Joaquim Alemeo had ordered Photon (form no. 3130997) from Tata Photon on 4th August 2010. I had paid the full amount of Rs.2299 + 99 cheque no.415647 and 415648 dated on 4 August 2010 drawn on Central Bank of India.

In spite of all the requirements fulfilled according them I have still not received the instrument nor are they ready to refund the amount.

I have been continuously complaining and informing for the needful to be done. There is no response from them hence taking this step of putting the complaint at the consumer court. Hoping to get a prompt reply

I recharged my photon [protected] with Rs. 350 but the recharge has not been updated it seems as the device shows "The PPP link protocol was terminated" on connection. Please have this resolved!

My tata photon plus number is [protected] and I recharged it a few minutes back with Rs.99/- and it is still not updated cause as per their customer care executive Jaydeep their server is down currently.
