Tata Photon Whiz — Recharge | |||
What it the problem with Tata Photn Whiz ? I am staying in Ratnagiri Maharashtra. I have made the payment of Rs. 1499 on 14.08.12 & returned back the amount on 17.08.2099. Again I made payment on 22.08.12 for Rs. 1499 . Still Photon is not activated. The technology is so advanced & I am not expecting such delay from Tata companies . In you were to charge Tata Sky onlne, If your TV is on.. Recharge icon gets vanished as soon as you make online payment. That Worst IRCTC also takes payment & issue ticket. What is wwong with Tata Photon ? Why it is not geting charged immediately. That call center does not know the status of your Photon charge. This is just disgust. Was this information helpful? | |||
