[Resolved] Tata Photon + — Worst Customer service | |||
Hi , With regards to my Photon Plus No [protected] , I have asked for the plan change in the month of July , but it was not done stating that there was an technical issue , again i got the same bill . When i called customer care again they were very rude to me and disconnected my connection and every time when i call CC they were not responding . But I used to get my bill . I really don't understand if i don't use i mean i connection was disconnected then how can i get bill. And again this collection people called me and Asked me to pay the bill for the 1st time , i told my concern with that fellow who called me . But next time onwards i used to get harassment calls and started saying " come out i will see u "(raudism ) . TATA PHOTON is not responding to me now . So thought of registering a complaint in the local police station on harassment calls and Also Consumer court Was this information helpful? | |||

my name is Amit, tata photon+ number is [protected] ....m not able to use my device from past 2 months ( that should be enough to open up your eyes) & regularly almost twice a week complaining to your customercare since then...from the past 2 weeks your stupid nodal office members are making false promises of JE visit....there has been not a single JE visit from your end since past 2 months & now m frustrated & writing this email to you guys ....
i've tried the highest authorities i could talk to including Mr. mayank Jain, Veneet Bhatia & Sudesh & i found them too useless & irresponsinble as your other CC executives....
these guys are simply ruining the reputition of a good brand name like TATA with this kind of lazy behaviour ...i mean a small issue that could be solved within hours is taking so long that it's been over 2 months & these all guys are still answerless .........
still i[censored] are not able to resolve this issue ...i want my full money back i spent on purchasing your sluggish device , so that i can go with Reliance or MTS ......i chose TATA over reliance but i now guess i made a wrong choice & i want my full money back...........i don't want to hear more excuses from your end...just a straight answer...can u solve this issue now ?? or just take your device with you & pay me my 3500 bucks ....
