[Resolved]  Tata Safari — Dealer misbehaviour

I took my Tata Safari which is less than a year old to tayal motors for wheel alignment. First thing I told the person concerned was that the car runs left side because the camber and castor are out of limits. After few hours they told me that they have fixed it and the alignment is ok. When I asked for the report nothing was available because they didn’t do anything in that. When I told them to do it again and show me the report and it was found that everything was long way out of the limits. Then they started doing it again and after sometime told me that its done this time but reports clearly shows that the camber was still out of the limits. I told them to do it properly, for that their reply was that they cannot do it better than this and the limits recommended by tata motors is impossible to achieve so I have take it as it is now.
Because of camber problem I have already lost one front type which cost me thousands and tata authorized dealers cannot solve the matter. I had some argument with them and told them to fix it because I don’t want to spend more money on tyres which are less than a year old and run only half their life.
Then comes out Mr. Manoj from accidents departments and told me that wheel alignment is like this and its not possible to fix it. When I objected to what he was saying. His reply was that because I don’t want to pay that’s why I making issues. If this is the way authorized dealers reply and work then I am sorry to say that I have made biggest mistake in life spending a million rupees on tata product.
My problem is still there and I might loose few thousands more but don’t want to go to tata dealer again to insult and humiliate myself. This is not the first time they have done this, even in the past they failed to rectify the problems. I regret I should have bought other vehicle.
In the end, I just hope that this time tata motors will take some action.

i just want to know what action was taken by tata co. and consumer forum .
is it really worth lodging a complaint or is it similar like functioning of other govt departments?
what has been brought out by customer is really noticing and if its true then it surely has
shaken my resolution to buy a tata product !!
I am also a owner of Tata Safari, which we bought in the month of Aug 2009. I am also facing the problem of alignment which I noticed as soon as I came out of showroom with safari. After complaining about the alignment they tried to rectify it. But it was not. My Safari is also running to left. Now I am facing a new problem, the radiator is leaking- coolant is leaking drop by drop. Tomorrow again going to Tata service station, lets see.
