.AS PER THE INTERNET OFFER IT HAS BEEN OBSERVED THAT ANNUAL "TATA SKY SUPREME SPORTS KIDS PACK" ALONG WITH HD SET TOP BOX FOR RS.4765/-,AND ALONG WITH IT 04 SHOW CASE MOVIES ARE FREE.BUT I HAVE PAID 4790/-THAT IS RS.35/ EXTRA HAS BEEN TAKEN FROM ME.NOW TATA SKY HAVE CHARGED RS.50/- FOR ONE SHOWCASE MOVIE ON 04.04.2012 IT SHOULD BE FREE..IT'S A CASE OF CHEATING .PLEASE ARRANGED TO REFUND RS.35/-EXTRA TAKEN FROM ME AND ALSO REVERSE RS.50/- FOR A SHOW CASE MOVIE SHOWN ON 04.04.2012.NOW ALSO THERE ARE 03 NO. OF SHOWCASE MOVIES ARE FREE WHICH THEY ARE BOUND TO DISPLAY.
OTHERWISE I HAVE TOLD THEM THAT IF THEY FAIL TO KEEP THEIR ASSURANCE FULFILL WILL PUBLISH THE WHOLE MATTER TO "THE GRIEVANCE READDRESS COLUMN " OF THE NEWSPAPER.PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL

You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will help you in reimbursing the additional amount deducted. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and secure you amount deducted.
