[Resolved]  Tata Sky — No action taken

On the 26th of February I lodged a complaint with the Bangalore Tata sky helpline that I had lost my digicard. The executive said I will receive a call within 24 hours from their filed engineer, I have to pay Rs.350 and will get a new card which I agreed to. The name of the executive was Pallavi. She also said I will be unable to get one from any of their dealers and this was the only way out. When no one called, I followed up every day and every day was told that someone will call me in 24 hours. I explained to them that my parents were missing the world cup and they always said someone will attend to it soon. On the 1st of March I finally called again and asked for a supervisor. Swapna came on line and was not helpful; I then asked for her manager - Joby Antony came on line, was impolite, dismissive and disrespectful. They now said it will take 5 days. They were absolutely unwilling to help me out. I asked Joby for the national customer head details - he refused to give me details and said - you can go to whoever you want, do whatever you want. Someone told me the Pune center is more responsive so I called them. They again promised me action in 24 hours. Finally today the 3rd of March I received a call at 10 am from someone asking for directions; and he said he will reach in 10-20 minutes. He asked me the nature of complaint and I told him I lost my digicard. No one turned up and no one answered that phone later. At 2 pm another person called and said he will go to my house immediately. He went to my house and only then figured out the complaint and then said he is unable to resolve it and that the complaint was raised only yesterday. We have been without TV (although are paying for it) from the 26th of February. Tatasky needs to resolve our issue as also pay damages to us for the rudeness, inefficiency and inconvenience we have been put to. My RMN (Registered Mobile No) with tatasky is [protected] and I don’t have the subscriber number since the digicard is unavailable.

two months back i activated active game which was given by tata sky just rs 1 and after one month i called tata sky customer care told them to deactivate my active game form account till date they have not been deactivate. my suscriber ID [protected] I WANT REFUND THE AMOUNT WHICH IS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT
