[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Service are not good

i have an tatasky connection in my room.but i am not getting proper services from teir service service centre.for service purpose their peoples are not coming with in time.picture and sound quality is not 100% prcent perfect.some time its not even 30% also.I am looking a solution for this issue.

Tata Sky — Service not good

Even after complaints regarding the equipment not working properly 4 to 5 times on phone for past one month, no one has turned up to see the problem!

The customer care appoints a technician to visit your place in case of any problem that is unable to be solved on call. Having addressed your problem the case requiring a technician visit will also require the permission of the primary account holder before any allocation is made denial of payment of technician visit barrs the technician visiting your place. If you have demanded for a technician it is also important to store his number so that his late arrival can be reported to the CC department. Recheck with the CC to see if the case requires a technician visit which will be charged. If its payment and timings are within your scope then get the technician to visit your place.
Tata Sky comparably has good service in the DTH industry. It has one of the most efficient customer service team that works 24*7 to handle customer grievance and try to resolve it in the best possible way they can. Customer's time is always valued and hence as much as possible time consumption or any delays is kept at bay and completing the process of either resolving issue or completing of a sales deal is met within the required time span but there are certain areas which take its time to process as in case of a sales deal every aspect should be met which involves certain amount of time to avoid any misappropriation or hasty installation which may soon require after sale service at an early stage hence to avoid confusion and to arrange an orderly completion of process certain areas do require some time. The picture quality is good, it is as good as the broadcast also coming soon is the launch of HDTV to experience the pleasure of viewing television. The picture quality is not closely related to the compression format MPEG2/MPEG4 hence this misunderstanding should be cleared as to the compression format not affecting the picture quality.

TATA SKY DTH — No Proper Service

I have made several complaints to Service Centre of Tata Sky, their calls are attended in 7-8 days in cities, I had faced 2 problems, 1st of remote which was attended after 7 days. Now again I am facing problem with digicomp, they are only making promise but not attending calls.
They don't proper senior channel where we can address our complaints, neither they have any Nodal Officer who can listen our complaints.
My Tata sky had not worked for 12 days for which I had not got any Money back.

Kindly suggest me the solution.

Tata Sky — no proper service

Dear sir
my self Ram Badwal customer of Tata sky services my id is [protected], for last 3 to 4 month i am having problem with my set up box, tata sky exe coming to my office charging to 350 Rs every time still my problem is not solved and now they r giving me lame execuses.
I am not satisfied with service given by them, so i request necessary action.

Tatasky DTH Service — installation not done

My name is Jagdish Kumar Dangra and my brother name is Pramod Kumar Dangra. I got two Tatasky DTH Connection on[protected] and they said that the connection will be made within three working days i.e. on[protected] by 2 p.m. But till now the connection is not made. Kindly help us in resloving the problem

TATA SKY DTH — Tata Sky DTH – pathetic after sales service

We have logged a call (1-[protected]) with Tata Sky on July 14, 2011 for the replacement of our remote. As is the standard message delivered on every such call, we were assured of action within the next 24-48 hours. We received a couple of calls from their end for first scheduling (on July 15) and then again rescheduling the visit to July 16 morning.
But once the designated hour passed (on July 16), we called up the customer care twice to request for an update. The first call was placed in the morning which assured us of action latest by 4 p.m. today (July 16); the next call was initiated by us at 4:45 p.m. which ended in another fake assurance of call back within the next hour by a senior executive.
Out of desperation, we tried out their live chat facility, which for the first time informed us of an apparent shortage of remotes. We still emphasised on action as today we had cancelled all our prior engagements to stay back home and wait for the Tata Sky engineer to show up with the remote. As a follow up to the chat, an executive called from Hyderabad at 6:30 p.m. stating that neither will they be able to deliver within the 48 hours (that’s almost over) nor in any foreseeable time frame.
We fail to understand why a customer (ID: [protected])with above 3 years of loyalty has to face so much hassle to get a mere remote replaced; while there is the assurance of installation of a new connection within hours of request.
Hence, we have to continue sans remote for an indefinite period while we make our monthly recharge payment on time.

TATA SKY DTH — No after sales service

I registered the complaint for the technical problems which was persistent in my TATA Sky DTH (Subscriber Id - [protected]). I am using two setup box, from TATA Sky. I have registered the complaint on August 17 (Work Order - 1-[protected]) on the same day the TATA sky executive came, he just roamed about and concluded that the box has to be replaced. As i am in maintenance, i was supposed not to pay for the services and the box. Till today I don't have any executive at my place to resolve the issue. After doing several follow up i was informed from TATA Sky that the box is in shortage and cannot be delivered. Also my case was closed without resolving the issue. I am being charged from TATA Sky but the problem is not resolved as yet. I want to file a legal complaint against them, as this caused a mental harassment to me.
