[Resolved]  Tata Sky — long delay in installation of set top box

I purchased a LG LCD TV on 17-oct 2010 with which TATA Sky connection is provided as an Diwali offer.
On 9th Nov 2010 I logged a call for Installation of TATA Sky at desired address for my Tata Sky suscriber ID [protected]. As per given in the Voucher with in 72 hours after the call is logged installation will be done. Since last 9 days despite of everyday communication with TATA Sky Customer care Executives till 18th Nov 2010 installation could not be done.
Kindly take the necessary action.

same with me. i also purchased jg lcd. on diwali i got tatasky dth with it free. but till now installa tion didn't take place.my subscriber id is [protected]. please please help me.
