[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Package changed without my permission

Today Tata Sky has changed my Tata Sky package from Base Plan to Supreme Sports Kids pack without my permission & knowledge & then they have sent me the sms that that they have changed the package.Please kindly take the matter into consideration & solve it as soon as possible.
