i am customer of tata sky dish and my id is [protected] i am not receiving the signal from past 2days i called to the customer care they instructed some method i followed that untill now set top box is unable to receive the signal so pls check it Was this information helpful? | |

I too have experienced similar problem, very frequently.
When I called there call center, he suggested some basic tricks like restart the set top box etc, but none of them worked. Then, he gave up saying he can't do much. WHAT A RESPONSE!!!
This problem was not couple of years back, but now it is quite frequent, even when there are only cloudy and no rains, the set top box fail to receive signals.
