[Resolved]  Tata Sky — television not respond any signal of remote

Tata Sky — REMOTE NOT GIVEN

Dear sir,

I had purchased tata sky from m/s kumar enterprises shop no-9, 1st floor,sector 1,pushp vihar saket new-delhi-17. They delivered setup box to me on 14/8/2010 at 9:45 pm & the seal of set up box was open i contacted mr kumar on [protected] he said its not an issue i m there for any problem, but when tataky person came to do the connection they told us that there is no remote in that box & now we are trying to contact on the above said no no one is receving the calls.pls help up what to do.
