Lodged a complaint at 8:30am on 11th June 2009 about faulty equipment.It was told that by 2-3 hrs the issue would be addressed to.Service engineer reached within the time committed but having checked the equipment confirmed that the set top box will have to be replaced. Having requested for replacement by the day end service engineer declined and stated that it would be replaced in 2-3days time.Whereas if a new connection is sort for it would be installed in 2-3hrs.The problem still persists after making six phone calls to the customer care number - [protected].

But now I have so difficult to sale Tatasky because distributer and service center don’t help us and I can’t take help to your Tatasky partner helpline no-[protected] our regd.No-[protected] is not Regd.
