[Resolved]  Tata Sky — "unsubscribe reminder"

I am reproducing the mail I am trying to send to Tata Sky but cannot because they do not allow more than 60 words in their complaint section!!!



Reminder for subscribing/unsubscribing add-on package

I was just told by your customer service agent Tina that I cannot ask for a reminder to continue or discontinue my subscription of Star Sports at the end of 30 days.
You can send me sms on showcase reminders but you cannot send me a reminder to me. I strongly believe this is a discriminatory practice as your system is capable of sending sms to RMNs but you want to use it only to promote your service and not to give consumers the option of being reminded whether he wants to continue his subscription for add-on or not.
Please understand that a non satisfactory action from you will lead me to TRAI.
