[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Unwanted SMS

I've been registered in NDND directory (NDNC/1348 Dated[protected] & I have received a confirmation SMS also that my mobile number have been registered. But still the telemarketing calls from TATA SKY+ daily. I have also complaint it to my Service provider (MTS) but they can also not help me in this matter.

I have send my complaint daily from a month but the SMS cannot be stopped by the TATA SKY+.
Suggest me what can i do.

I've been registered in NDND directory (NDNC/1348) & have received a confirmation also stating that my mobile number have been registered. But still getting telemarketing calls from TATA SKY+ on regular basis. I have also complaint it to my Service provider (MTS) but they can also not help me in this matter.
I have send my complaint daily from 3-4 days but the SMS cannot be stopped by the TATA SKY +.
Suggest me what can i do
There is a function to barr unwanted calls or a setting in the phone that can help you avoid flash messages. What you could do is kindly request these callers not to call and furthur inquire about any queries from Tata Sky customer care:[protected].
The right department to look into your matter concerned is the callcentre Sales department. Since they call you on a daily basis as you have mentioned you should note down the name of the agent you have last spoken to. Regardless of Tata Sky no Co. gives repetitive calls on the same number by this way they are increasing overheads which any Co. will strongly focus at avoiding.
We are Tata Sky customers.on 27/06/2016somebody from yr call enter rang up, offering extra channels.since we aren't interested my husband turned it down.Today, (28/06), again a tele marketeer, Vaishali, called up at 1. 45pm. I turned it down& asked her not to bother us.Five mins later another one, Maheshwari, called up. I got annoyed&told her we are n't interested.But at 5.15pm, we got a call from [protected], this time, a man. He insisted on talking ONLY to the person in whose name Tata Sky is registered. I pointed out to him that since he was the one who was calling he can as well talk to me& that already twice today we had received calls&was senior citizens we are not for any new packages. He was quite rude& insistent. I do hope your people record every thing, so you will know what I am talking about.
