[Resolved] Tata Sky — TataSky - Slow Recharge through Dealer | |
Hi, Today I have topped up Rs 200 through Dealer. Is more than 2 hours gone, but neither I got the confirmation to my Mobile nor in Set Top Box. When I checked with Dealer, they told TataSky Server slow, but when I checked with TataSky Help Desk , they told that Dealer didn't have sufficient balance for customer subscription recharge. Strange! I am stuck in between Dealer & Tata Sky Help Desk - I am not sure why recharge is too slow or whether my Rs 200 is gone! Thanks, Pradip K Was this information helpful? | |

Hi,
Today, I have charged RS 500 for the connection . I have also get the sms informing the credit extention and was asked to on our set top box. We have got two set top box which is on now, but still i m unable to get the connection.
