[Resolved]  Tata Sky — New digicom replaced by old

I got new DTH connection form Tata Sky & unfortunately the digicom was faulty.Since it is under warranty,I requested the company to replace it with the new one,straightaway they refused,finally I got old one for new.I felt cheated,I paid for new & got old.
2nd incident in the row,I got recharge with Rs8500,they started harassing me by calling every now & then to buy more & more package,I bought some & suddenly,the money was removed from my account & it was showing negative,again I was cheated.This was their marketting strategy,but customer is suffering mentally & financially.Plz do something,so that somebody else will not be cheated in the same manner.

At the time of installation it is advisory to have a thorough check with the functionality and gain as much information as possible about its features. However, after some days if it goes faulty due to certain mishap and since, you are in the warranty period this should be backed up and you should receive a replacement for the same. You should not be entitled to charges until you are in the warranty and gain full advantage of the same. Terms & conditions of the offer need to be run through as in some cases the warranty falls an exception. Recharge is secured and amount cannot be deducted so easily unless you have applied. Customer has the choice and can make decision you have the right to choose or deny it is the Co.s duty to inform about the latest offerings and so on call it updates on the latest offerings and services.
