[Resolved]  Tata Sky — poor customer care service

I AM A TATSKY SUBSCRIBER WITH SUBSCRIBER ID [protected]. WE HAD SUBSCRIBED FOR THE ACTIVE ENGLISH PACKAGE FOR A MONTH JUST FOR TRIAL PURPOSE. I HAVE TO SAY IT WITH GREAT REGRET THAT I AM NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED AND AM COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED EVEN BY YOUR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE. WE HAVE BEEN FACING SOME PROBLEMS REGARDING THE USAGE OF ACTIVE ENGLISH AND WE CONTACTED YOUR CUSTOMER CARE FOR SOME HELP QUITE A LOT MANY TIMES BUT WERE NOT PROVIDED WITH ANY SATISFACTORY HELP. I HAVE TO SAY IT WITH GREAT PAIN AND REGRET THAT I WOULD LIKE TO DISCONTINUE YOUR SERVICE BECAUSE OF SUCH DISAPPOINTED SERVICES.

Hi Sakshi Modi,
When the active english service was out it did have a FREE minimum trial period during that time the complete depth in and out of the active english service could have been acquired, that is the time when I got to know more about the service and thought it would be great to subscribe for this pack. As my wife takes home tutions for children a fun learning way is derived by this service as the students get more involved with the virtual mixed with live teaching experience. They love the active service it also helps my wife in a better way to participate children in learning. The active service is certified by British council and hence its standard is quality efficient and learning methodologies are derived after great R&D for a common person to learn from basic to advance english with the help of day-today practitional situational based learning.
