[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Issue with digicomp set top box.

Hello sir,

I am kirti vaishnav stay at charkop sector-8 kandivali west-mumbai.I bought Tata sky digicomp box cable dth tv conection from shreeji electronics,1. vidyut bldg.,plot 234,sector-5,next to apna bazar, charkop,Kandivali (west),Mumbai 400067 on 15th of december 2009.after that our digicomp box is been replaced 3 times till now..we found a problem again in the setup box 4th time today..when we complaint against it to customer care executive he said he will send the engineer and it will be replaced again..Every time we get the same answer from customer care that replacement will be done..we have one year warrenty still they are giving used digicomp boxes to us...Sir we are really fedup of this replacement again and again...Please help us to get rid of this...we want our money back and don't want to continue with Tatasky services....our digicomp box detailes are as follows:
