While recharging my membership account of Tata Sky, I was informed that if I paid full year membership fee , I could get a Polo Watch for Rs 499/ only. I opted for the same. The watch was delivered to me, but it was found to be defective. When I complained on their Toll free mnumber, they took up with the dealer and they sent me a parcel purportedly containg a replacement watch. But the Courier started demanding some money in the name of Octroi, or something, whiich I was not supposed to pay. On my refusing to pay, he took away the watch.
I have since complained thrice to their toll free number, but they are of no help. Posting a complaint on Tata Sky Website is proving to be an impossible task. My three attenmpts at different times have proved futile. Their Website or Call centre is not able to give me any other contact. It is their call centre which has suggested me to post a complaint on this Website.
