[Resolved] Tata Sky — Unilateral withdrawal of AMRITA & INDIAVISION | |
They have unilateraly withdrawn TWO popular channels AMRITHA & INDIAVISION without any indication to customers.It is not an easy job to replace this DTH provider and to go for a new one.Since once we decided to discontinue Tata sky, we have to suffer a loss of Rs 4000/-.I think this is an act of cheating customers with false promises . Please tell me whether there any legal remedy for the losses once I decided to discontinue TATA SKY ? Was this information helpful? | |

Its really bad from a reputed company like tata to withdrawl two chanells, AMRITHA & INDIAVISION, unilaterally. We consumers are in a fix. Changing the connection cost is an expensive deal. Consumers should seek a legal remedy for this cheat

this is not the first time Tata sky is showing aversion towards south indian channels.Before i had quoted a point like the recharge offer(pay for 10months and get 1 year subscription), tata sky is giving for North Indian based channel packages.But till now they havnt responded.This time again they have withdrawn 2 malayalam channels.I strongly feel its the Tatas Strategy to attract people showing variety channels and putting them into a ditch by withdrawing channels once they start subscribing.This is high time to respond by the South Indian Customers to raise voice against this policy of TataSky.
This is the best example how few people can form a company and rob people. TataSky is virtually robbing people by trapping them with big offers and finally squeezing them with its third rated management policy. They need only money...no matter abt customer satisfaction or mutual faith and respect. In these days they are not answering to your enquiries...they hesitate to pick up phones. The hide behind the wall and wait for the next prey. I have filed 6 complaints but they have not replied for anything. Finally when I could contact a staff member in their delhi office, he says daily they get many complaints in this matter and he himself is planning to leave the company. This gives us an opportunity to judge about the status of TataSky. A wolf is always a wolf. It needs only blood...so this is the time to sort out a wolf and a goat.
