[Resolved] Tata Sky — Misleading/Falsifying Information | |
This is to inform you that i am using Tata Sky since 17th January 2011. I was using some optional packages and now i want to change them,but i was told by Tata Sky customer service team that there is a Locking Period of 90 days for the Optional Packages. This was not communicated to me at the time of purchase. Which clearly means that you people are providing Misleading and Falsifying Information to customers just to increase Revenue, which is not acceptable at all. This clearly indicates poor Customer service and paints a very bad picture of Tata Sky as a company. Request made to Tata Sky to address this matter remains unaddressed.
