[Resolved] Tata Sky — Worst Consumer Polocies | |
I am tata Sky user my Cust ID is [protected], my experience is as under - It have good quality. - My first bill with delivery was for amount lessthan paid by me, i have made complaint but not got response. - Website never opens or take to longtime. - Login page is not working. - I have taken Jumbo pack with one time yearly payment, thereafter charges of Digicomp & subs reduced substianially but i have been at disadvantage since than. - Inspite of jumbo pack all the new chennela require further payment. -Finally i bought being Tata Company it will have good response, but i m wrong. I feel they are here to made money out of the early entry in this segement. - I feel govt look into even this companies who are absuing the license. Was this information helpful? | |
