Due reconstruction of my house I request you to sift the dish to any other location before two month. Your service person came and sifts the dish on a wall and fitted it with electricity wire. On the second day dish again move from his place. Then I decide to discontinue the connection till construction is completed. Now construction is almost done, again I call to customer care centre for reinstallation, then he say to pay 350/- for previous relocation. Now my objection is that fist time your service do not works properly so why I pay 350/-for the same. You also ask to your service person that he putted the dish on a wall on temporary bases. If he done his work on proper manner then there is no problem to pay 350/-. Now 350/- is not a matter but this is wrong

I have switched to the tata Sky from our local Cable TV operator
for obtaining world cladss service as claimed in the
advertisements. the world classs service is to be in terms of
quality as well as prompt account renewals / breakdown
maintenance.
However now the confidence in tatasky has been lost.
i had registered a complaint that my settop box was unable to
recive signal on 14 Sep 08. it was promised that within 24 hours
that is by 15th sep my defect will be rectified. Today as on 17
Sep 08 also no one has turned up to rectify the defect.
I have two senior citizens in the house for whom the only source
of enterianinment is the Television especially since they are
unable to move out of the house. In such a situation non
availability of the television even for short duration affects
their morale. In fact the tataksy connection was taken just for
them so that they have continuos availability of their
favourite channels. Since last four days, non availability of
the Television has affected them adversely. Their mnorale has
gone down. They feel that tatasky with their prompt service
could not be at fault and we are not registeriong the complaint
on time. In other words "Poor service" of Tatasky is causing
Domestic misunderstanding.
I hold tatasky solely and wholly responsible for the above
agony. It is hight time that educated customers as we shift to
better operators (especially with two other giants in the
market, Dish and Reliance).
I know this mail is going to fall on "Deaf ears" . But then I
have no other option but to be at the mercy of your Service
engineers.
I wish had better service.
