[Resolved] Tata Sky — Sun/Vijay Signals disturbing | |||
Selective channels of SunTV/Vijay has found to be disturbing and not getting very clearly (effect of hanging of computer type). Contacted Tatasky opting language Tamil Mode but responded with Hindi speaking person (very purpose of choice of language buttons is defeated) and the attended person has claimed service charges of Rs.350 for Inspection purposes. I said there is a court judgement not to claim any fees for DTH related subscribed service since I have also pointed out set top box is working and signals of specific channels is the problem and for that too he claimed there is no provision of free service. I mentioned that I have paid semi annual subscription charges for the purpose of viewing channels and I am not entitled to pay any service charges. But my demand is in vain. They refused to attend without commitment from my side to pay for service charges of Rs.350. Please help us is there anyway to mend their ways and means. Was this information helpful? | |||
