NO signal is recieved....when remote power button is on....we had informed the service provider but they still not entertained us....
after his assuranc to provide service immediately but we are paying daily charges without viewing it......kindly send someone to repair it....hoping for your early response.......

DEAR SIR/MADAM,
I HAD LODGED A COMPLAIN FOR NOT RECEIVING SIGNAL IN MY SETUP BOX. 3 OF YOUR EXECUTIVES VISITED MY SHOP BUT WERE UNABLE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. I WANT TO TELL YOU THAT I HAVE TAKEN THE SETUP BOX OUT FROM MY PLACE AS YOUR SERVICE MAN TOLD "THROW IT WHERE EVER YOU WANT" AS HE DOES NOT CARES FOR THAT.
