Tata Sky — complaining about channels unavailable

hello...... i Mr Lechulo apon.i have Tata sky connection at home but the channels are unavailable seen five days back,i even made a complaint twice but still the condition is same,so i request the authority to look after the meter in time,here is my registration phone no [protected],id no [protected] and name Lechulo Apon.thank you
