Tata Sky — Complaint no. 1-[protected] for subscriber - [protected]

I have a tata sky connection for more than a year and for the last one month have been trying to get a second set top box installed. I have made numerous request for this for which I have every time received the a work order number, all of which I am listing below:- 1-[protected] given on 14/9/2013 1-[protected] 1-[protected] I have also given a complaint, the number for which is mentioned in the subject. To get my second set top box installed I must have called your office at least 20 times. Every time the request was accepted and I was told the installation would happen and a work order number was sent by SMS. Twice someone came to do the installation, checked everything and went off saying they will come the next day, which never happened. When I would give a call to your call center I would be told your work order has been cancelled. Why and by whom, nobody from your organization could ever tell me. I have even spoken to a couple of your service managers who assured me that the work would be done but nothing was done. As you are incapable of providing the service I want despite my requesting for the same repeatedly, I want u to cancel my connection, refund all the money paid by me including installation and equipment charges at the earliest so that I can take a connection from some other DTH provider. I suggest you to try other sources of contacting Tata Sky to ensure your work gets done. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quiet prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their Toll Free Number at[protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter and expedite installation.
