[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Consolidated billing for all 3 family connection

Respected Sir/ Madam,

We have 3 connections from Tata Sky in the name of Dr.J.S.Suri in the family.
Registered Tel.no.[protected]
Two Tatasky HD and one Tataky plus
One Tata sky connecion was there with us for a couple of years..and was upgraded to tatasky HD
While installing the other 2 connections we had specifically requested for a consolidated billing cycle for the 3 connections....
Now the status is that we recharge thru a dealer...
one renewal date is 28th September,2012 and other 2 are 13thoctober...but we want it consolidated to one billing date
We have some balance amount in tatasky account which may stetch till 13th October on daily basis..and then we can release the 9920/- for all 3 tatasky packages which i have already credited to my tatasky account...
Total amt that is with Tatasky was 11,164/- in total as on last checked....
Now you are hiking the price for multiple connection from 160/- to 200/- as per your SMSs'
All my calculated yearly subscription amt....will be disturbed...
Kindly Guide:
with regard to when to get all 3 subscription renewed in an economical way
As we are subscribing to Mega Pack without South Indian Channels....
Rs 5500/- For First Connection (HD Box)
2400/- For Second Connection (HD Box)
2400/- (????) For third Connection (HD+ Box)

my client ID NO.[protected](VIJAY KUMAR) H.NO.59/9,SHIV PURI,GURGAON-MOBILE NO.[protected]. MY BALANCE A/C. SHOWN IN T.VI. IS NOT CORRECT. IHAVE DISSCUSSED ON TELPHONE,YOUR EXECUTIVE SO MANY TIMES . BUT NOT ANY SOLUTION TILL DATE.
