[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Continuous rescheduling of deinstallation and relocation

I had put in two requests,one for deinstallation at Nepean Sea Road and secondly relocation at Marine Lines.I have made at least 20 calls and spoken to a diff person each and every time and explained the issue over and over again to each and every person who attended the call.I managed to get a request registered for sending the technician for deinstallation and promptly I would receive an SMS for Informing me that within 24 hours my request would be attended then I also receive another SMS informing me the time the technician would be coming.This happened at least five times but no one ever turned up and every time I would inquire as to why nobody turned up they would reply that there was some technical problem.I think they all are a bunch of jokers trying to operate some kind of super inefficient system.Most of them do not understand the problem and repeat like parrots that they are extremely sorry for the inconvenience and they would look into the matter.One lady even had the audacity to tell me that where I have waited so long one more day of waiting should be okay!!!.My problem stands where it is and till date they keep saying sorry but nobody ever does anything and they are going to Charge Me For This Mental Harrasment too!I don't know what higher authority to complain to but I'm ashamed that the reputed "TATA" name is associated to this kind of foolhardy!!

You can try other sources of contacting Tata Sky to ensure your work gets done.You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their Toll Free Number at[protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7.address. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will get in touch with you and assist you accordingly. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and expedite de-installation and relocation requests.
