I am using Tata Sky for last 3.5 years, with subscription ID [protected]. I have moved to 7C-503, Kalpataru Estate, Pimple Gurav, Pune-27 recently, and requested Tata Sky for reinstallation at the new location.
The request was raised on 6th of May 2012, with work order number 1-[protected]. But, the work has not been done. I have specifically mentioned that my preferred timing is either after 8:30 in the evening during weekdays, or anytime during week days. An engineer has visited on 8th but, left without doing the work, saying the dish is not properly installed.
Even till date, the request has not been completed, while I am being charged for all the downtime caused by Tata Sky. I have got another work order number 1-[protected] on 13th May 2012. Today, another engineer from Tata Sky called up and said installation after 7PM is not possible. It should be noted that the first time the engineer visited was on 8th May, at 9PM. Since both myself and my wife are working people, it is not possible to reach home before 8:30. Also, the Tata Sky engineers are not so friendly when they visit.
I am fed up with Tata Sky Customer care. Everytime I call them up, they say I will get call back in 24hrs, but never get one. Was this information helpful? |
