My name Is Aditya Sharma and I have been using Tata Sky as my DTH service operator for the past 2 years.. my account id is [protected]. It has been 10 days since my digicom is not working..had been notified to the customer service thru emails and phone calls but nobody has come yet to rectify it and Tata Sky has been charging my daily rent for services which I am unable to see.. my digicom was replaced in April 2010 and I had to pay 500 rs for that now they are again asking me to pay this amount in case if there is any fault in that.. also I got my account recharged for 500 on 30june which shows 74 negative balance on 12july. There is a deduction of 350 for visit charges which never happened.. there has been several cases o[censored]nnecessary charges in last two years.. Nobody bothers in customer service and field team to take action to fix these problems..keep saying that it will be done and reversed..field team says somebody will come in 48-72 hrs whenever they communicate with me.. I m sick and tired now cause of these services..like to get rid of them at the same time like to teach them a lesson so that such stealing from customers can be stopped.. please advise..
