Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a existing user of Tata Sky. I am using tata Sky for more than 3 Yrs. I am using two Tata Sky Plus Set up Boxes. From the 1st Year only I am receiving complaint with both the boxes , Either they gets hangs or not works at all. Till today both Have been replaced with a repaired setup box atleast two times. I have lodged a complaint with Tata Sky on 28 th october 2010 for my Setup Box again not working, But nobody came to replace the box after reminding them several times. They just escaped by saying that Boxes are not available with the service Dept & will be replaced soon.Both my boxes were not working and complaint had been registered many times via email & on Telephone also.
Only one of the setup Box Have been replaced yesterday that too after so many reminder .
I am deeply anguished and hurt by this attitude of your company. Apart from such a mental apathy, our balance with your company is getting reduced. If my complaint is not redressed and my services are not restored upto my satisfaction by 11 AM tomorrow ie thursday 11 AM, I shall be forced to move to higher authorities and consumer courts for harassment and delay caused deliberately by your company.
