[Resolved] Tata Sky — Didn't receive set up box on my subscriber Id | |||
Hi, I have bought Tata Sky connection online from http://www.tatasky.com/directSalesHome.do URL. I have paid 2249 Rs/- as they have mentioned for offer 1 on their web site. My subscriber ID is [protected], and I had fought for installation initially 2-3 days then I got the setup box from TATA SKY but that set up box belongs to different person "Ramesh" with different subscriber ID "[protected]".Now, I am unable to see any channel on my TV. There is one massage is displaying from Tata sky that "Tata Sky Services are not available". According to Tata sky offer I should get 2 months subscription free for grand sport pack. I need help on this as I want my many back this is really pain for me to call customer center of Tata sky and let them know about the problem.
