We have purchase Tata Sky on 15th March within 15 days the remote was not working which was replaced & now the digicomp is not working for the last 10 days we have complaints after complaints still we are not able to the digicomp we are spening lot of money on STD calls. I think you should call the customer services. They shall resolve this issue for you. I have been using tatasky for a long time and never faced this issue. It is really unfortunate you had this problem.
