We have installed the Tata Sky digicomp provided by the Society which was purchased about one and half year before. But on installation the digicomp never started. We have lodged the complaint with the Tatasky Help line attended by Ms Varsha (?) on 28/06/2010 at about 22.30 hrs and the Complaint no [protected] was given to us, saying that the engineer will attend the complaint within 24 hours. Nothing has happened since then. My old age parents are waiting for the TV to start. We are facing lot of loneliness and hope that our Complaint will be attended at the earliest. Or we may have to escalate to elsewhere ..?
