[Resolved]  Tata Sky Digicomp — Problem with services for the last 10 days

Hi,

I had been rxing problem with the tatsky services for the last 10 day . I had registered my complaint along with the service request both on the customer care help desk as well as on the tatasky home page twice with all the details but after the assurance from call center staff, no engineer had turned up till now to look into the issue. Mentioned below are the details of the same.

Service Request No. - 1-[protected]
Problem : No signal is being rxed on the tatsky digicomp.

Please look into it as the response from customer call support is highly disappointing.
