[Resolved] Tata Sky Digital TV — Mental and Financial harrassment | |||
Dear Sir/Mam, I Mukesh Jena a customer of Tata sky Digital TV requested Tata sky on 31st Oct 2012 to relocate my connection to my new address where I have shifted now. I was provided a service request number to my surprise I discovered later that the agent who took the call understood that I am relocating in the same building. Without any intimation or call from Tata sky my service request order was cancelled. I called them again to book another service request and after a lot of phone call which is a paid number they booked the request on 4th Nov 2012. Sir, today is 9th Nov 2012 and till now I have not received any call from their concerned team for relocation. A four year old customer with Tata sky gets an excuse that the current digitization process by Govt of India is the reason of their inefficiency. It's been ten odd days, I have been visiting to my old address since the landlord will not allow any engineer without my presence. Each day, I wait there that someone from Tata sky will visit to relocate the service. To my disappointment, I always waste a day of my work in office. It has serious mental and financial burden on a customer who has stayed with them for such a long time. I have all the service request SMSes with me as a matter of proof. How can a company be so careless in providing service to old customers only because of new customers? I would request you to kindly go through the complaint.
