My name is ajay kumar singh i have been your tata sky customer for more than 6 years i have always made payment to my a/c by credit card this time however when i made the payment a screen was blocking my TV saying your payment is due and need to make urgent payment otherwise service will be deactivated even after making payment this screen continues to block my tv i called your customer services agent Durga she was giving excuses that payment is in the process of being claimed money is till not transfered i work with a bank and she is cooking stories for me if you pay by credit card payment is transfered instantly as i confirmation from my hdfdc bank also your IVR confirmed payment has been recieved but your agent says it will take 4 Hrs. for payment to come in and then only i can watch TV i understand there is some technical fault at your end as she conf. other customers are also facing same issue but is still speaking lie it works this way only you are barring my services for 4 hrs. can you tell me how will you compensate me as after payment i am entitled for uninterrupted service from you if its a fault from your end you should compensate me as it never happened to me in last six years now you barred ny service and your agent is giving me lies also she did not connect me to supervisor when repeatedly asked for him and i missed for hrs of service so can you tell me why should i continue with your service and not go to consumer court and not tell everybody of your apalling service
