[Resolved] Tata Sky Dth Services — Overcharging for relocation service | |||
I am having tata sky DTH services and recently shifted to Meerut from Saharanpur, U.P. Prior to shifting I have enquired about process and charges of relocation and they have told that only Rs. 125/- would be deducted but unfortunately they have deducted Rs. 500/-. The service was provided to me without any kit or material except only 12 mtr. cable. I have registered a complaint thru tatasky helpline number on 04 August, 11 but the problem is not solved till date.
