i refilled 1 sub id on 28th sep but that costomer was not refilled but my balance was deducted so plz tell me what to do now

I am not sure whether you can refill sub id's since this is a payment related issue address this matter to CC accounts department.
Agar Apke Account se Amount kat gaya hai to customer k account me jaroor Trasfer ho gaya hoga
