Tata Sky — Faulty HD box not replaced for a week

REquest for replacing a faulty HD set top box is on hold from last one week. Called the customer care service multiple time but the response got from the team was pathetic. No one unserstand the urgency of the issue and care about customer satisfaction.

Thanks Lalit.. Tried all that.. even sent an email to nodal officer.. he also didnt reply and no one picks up the number that they have given on their site
