Tata Sky — Forced sale and deduction of money

I’m Satyashree Sai, son of Niranjan Rout, a subscriber of yours since last 4 years or so. Our subscriber ID is [protected]. I reside in Chennai, and the installation is done at my residence at Bhubaneswar.
In the month of April, I spoke to your customer executive for good time to understand what package I’ve and she guided me to offer the suitable package for 310/- (don’t remember exactly). I was willing to go for the annual package, and hence after deciding the package she suggested exactly how much I should pay so that I get the 12th month free. I had called from an unregistered Chennai landline number.
Then there were so many calls to the registered mob no (my mother’s) to know why there is so much of money in our account. It was plain and simple to comprehend – I had taken a 2nd connection and had paid for entire year for it, hence the payment had to be for my primary connection. My mother unaware of developments couldn’t respond well. I assure you, the calls were harassing at times for her.
Then greed took over for your Tats sky executives. They started making sales pitches seeing the extra money in the account. I don’t understand why a customer care parson makes sales pitches. Many times my mother asked not to call but they won’t relent.
Finally on June 1, my father noticed a deduction of 1460 from our account.
On 5th, I called from my chennai mob no and filed a complaint. I ensured that they have my contact no for less confusion and requested they should call me. After 2 days I received a call where they formally started the process of investigating.
On 8th, they called my mother saying they listened the recordings and the deduction of money is justified. My mother insisted to call again after 1 hr since I was about to reach Bhubaneswar on 8th.
None called.
I called the customer care again on 10th, they mentioned they are looking in to it and will ensure a call back. It never happened.
If I remember right I called twice and never got any firm response back. Issue never got resolved.
On 12th evening I called and asked for a senior to attend the call so that resolution would happen faster, since everyone was busy I was promised a call back in 30 mins. It never happened.
On 17th afternoon, I called again and waited for 25 mins on phone to talk to a senior associate who can resolve the issue, none came to phone, was promised a call back within 2 hrs. But it never happened.
I was told in one of the calls that we have asked for a Supreme sports package. To be frank, my mother owns the mobile phone with registered number. She can’t converse in Hindi or English though she understands it. My family consists of my old parents only. Neither has she ever understood anything about sports. This is dacoit attitude of few greedy salesmen at tata sky, because of which we are suffering.
To give few more examples, every time tata sky technicians work for some issue resolution at site they charge extra money for extra wiring and never produce bill.
Last time the technician sniffed money seeing my helpless naïve parents alone. He insisted that our LCD Tv should be removed from existing spot to expose the power button for Tata sky modem. It is not good to have the power on for the modem even though it is in stand-by mode. I suggested over phone from Chennai that we won’t need it. Despite that he tricked my parents to remove the Tv and charge for that.
I assure you this is not happening the first time.
It is surprising to see Tata brand value sinking like this. What your guys are doing is purely crime where you dupe your customer for forced services and extra packages. Even though there are so many calls none is interested to resolve the issue rather they are sitting on it.
To name those jokers with whom I spoke in last few days - Rajive kar, Mohammed, Sadiq.
