[Resolved] Tata Sky (Grand Package New Connection) — Excessive delay in delivery and now in refund after cancellation

I had booked grand package Tatasky on 25 Oct'10. It was promised to be installed and running within 48 hrs. However after repeated follow ups and several complaints (you can refer the call logs), the hardware i.e. set top box was delivered on 03 Nov'10 (after 10 days).
Now after cancellation and refund request raised on 08 Nov'10, yet the money is not refunded in my account.
