[Resolved] Tata Sky — DEFECTIVE HD BOX | |||
SINCE THE INSTALLATION OF TATA SKY HD PLUS BOX ABOUT A MONTH BACK I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT SHAKY PICTURE .WHEN THE SAME IS PUT ON COMPOSITE CABLE THE PICTURE IS OK.CUSTOMER CARE SENT ENGINEERS BUT THE JUST SAW THE COMPLAINT AND WENT AWAY. LAST VISIT WAS MADE BY ONE ENGINEER FROM DELHI RITESH WHO DID SOME ADJUSTMENTS BUT OF NO AVAIL. FINALLY HE HAS GIVEN HIS REPORT THAT TV IS FAULTY. I HAVE CONNECTED MY DVD PLAYER THROUGH HDMI CABLE AND IT IS WORKING FINE. I AM CURSING MYSELF THE DAY I DECIDED TO UPGRADE TO TATA SKY HD PLUS FROM TATA SKY PLUS. THE COMPANY CAN ATLEAST DO TO RE INSTALL EARLIER TATA SKY BOX AND CREDIT MY ACCOUNT WITH RS 3499 CHARGED BY THEM IS SOMEBODY LISTENING?
