[Resolved]  Tata Sky HD Plus — They committed 2 month subscription and not fulfilled it

Respected Sir/Madam,
One month back I called TataSky customer Care for the enquiry as that time I want to have DTH service
And at that time I don’t have any internet access so I called them and asked for the offers one of the representative of Tatasky told me that they have the option of cash on delivery and told me that the offer which she has have the following
Tata Sky+ HD set top box
+ Standard installation
+ 2 month Pack
+ 4 Showcase movies

Our conversation was on call, now I get to know that I only got one month pack instead of 2 month
I called them but they are saying its only for booking online but at that time they never told me anything like that, Even they don’t want to validate it by checking the recording.

Please I want you to take appropriate action against them

You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will one month free viewing of the pack you were promised. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and provide appropriate resolution.
